How can I apply to be a vendor?
Complete the form below and send photos of your items that are appropriate for the bazaar’s theme.
How will I know if I’ve been accepted?
Accepted vendors will be notified two weeks prior to the bazaar. If you were not accepted, you will be notified by email.
Is there a fee?
Yes. Accepted vendors must pay a $40 reservation fee by a set deadline or they will lose their reservation. The fee reserves a 6×3 space for vendors to set up their own table (we’ll provide chairs).
Why do you charge vendors a fee?
Cultura in Pilsen is non-profit and volunteer-run. All fees support the sustainability of the space and community programming.
Do I have to bring my own table?
Yes. (We’ll provide chairs.)
Why wasn’t I accepted as a vendor?
We receive so many vendor requests that it’s impossible to accept everyone. Each event is carefully curated to feature vendors who have items closely related to the theme of the bazaar and to rotate vendors so we can support as many artists as possible.
